In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation made under it. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where the word "including" is used, it means "including without limitation".

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date at all times.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain an Account on aq999bet only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
• You are registering for yourself as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or betting syndicate.
• You have not previously held an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any other policy violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of aq999bet or any of its partner studios or payment providers, in a role where holding an Account would represent a conflict of interest.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as part of a professional gambling operation or arbitrage strategy that exploits promotional offers.

Account Verification

aq999bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a significant deposit, or at any time where account activity triggers an internal review. Accepted KYC documents for players in Bangladesh include:

• National ID (NID) Card — the primary accepted document for age and identity verification for Bangladesh players.
• Valid Passport — accepted as an alternative to the NID card where the NID cannot be produced.
• Bangladesh Driving Licence — accepted as supplementary identity evidence in combination with one of the above.

All KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital images or scans. Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold one Account only. If aq999bet identifies that a single individual holds or has held multiple Accounts — whether identified through matching identity documents, shared payment methods, shared device fingerprints, or matching IP address ranges — all secondary Accounts will be closed immediately, any Bonus Funds held in those Accounts will be forfeited, and any Winnings generated through Bonus Funds on secondary Accounts may be voided. Real-money deposits held in secondary Accounts will be returned to the verified payment source after investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. aq999bet will never ask for your password, PIN, or one-time passcode via any channel — including live chat, email, or phone. Any request for these credentials from a party claiming to represent aq999bet should be treated as a phishing attempt.

Your Security Obligations

• Use a strong, unique password for your aq999bet Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. aq999bet strongly recommends that all players with active balances enable 2FA.
• Never share your login credentials, Account access, or device session with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices, including mobile phones, internet café computers, or shared tablets.
• Notify aq999bet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Unauthorised Access

aq999bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, aq999bet may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation. During a security freeze, deposits, withdrawals, and bets will be suspended until the account owner's identity is re-verified.

All financial transactions on the aq999bet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). aq999bet supports a range of local payment methods designed to provide fast, low-friction transactions for players across Bangladesh. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on aq999bet is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being flagged for review.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• aq999bet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside aq999bet's control.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account or has been verified as belonging to the Account holder through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Currency & Exchange

All Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and Bets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. aq999bet does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players attempting to deposit from a non-BDT payment instrument will have their funds converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and aq999bet accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

All bets placed on the aq999bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform are set out below. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall take precedence.

General Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the aq999bet system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet that has not been confirmed by the system has not been accepted and no liability attaches to aq999bet in respect of it.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and the Player exercises it within the permitted window.
• aq999bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure occurred that resulted in odds being materially different from the true market price at the time of placement.
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — whether due to a data feed delay, system latency, or deliberate exploitation by the Player — will be voided regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.
• aq999bet enforces maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the relevant sport or game lobby and may be updated from time to time. Where winnings from a single event or session exceed the published maximum, aq999bet reserves the right to cap the payout at the stated limit.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on aq999bet covers domestic Bangladesh competitions including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, the Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other major international series. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:

• Match winner markets will be settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a No Result or tie, bets will be settled according to the published market-specific rules.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant in-play market is suspended by the aq999bet trading team. Any bets submitted after market suspension but before confirmation has been returned to the Player's screen will be rejected.
• Interruptions due to weather, bad light, or ground conditions are governed by DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results where the relevant governing body applies DLS. aq999bet will settle in accordance with the official result regardless of the method used to determine it.

Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on the aq999bet Platform are provided by third-party certified studios. The rules of each individual game are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. aq999bet is not responsible for the outcome of any game round — all outcomes are determined by the game studio's certified random number generator. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.

aq999bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times using real-money bets on eligible products before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent them from meeting the minimum qualifying deposit are not eligible to receive deposit-matched bonuses during the restriction period.
• aq999bet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any promotion before crediting Bonus Funds, and to recover Bonus Funds that were credited in error.

aq999bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, abuse of platform systems, and any conduct that compromises the integrity of the betting and gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform for the purpose of accessing multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or avoiding account-level restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple Accounts or households.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of live casino games, poker-style games, or any other multiplayer game environment on the Platform.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets on sporting events using information not available to the general public, or placing bets with the knowledge that an event's result has been predetermined.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted payment reversal or chargeback through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate Account closure and recovery action for any amounts reversed.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform or to circumvent security systems.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. aq999bet applies strict AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required.

aq999bet reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit all Balances associated with any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to pursue recovery of any funds paid out in connection with such activity. Determinations of prohibited conduct are made at aq999bet's sole discretion following internal investigation.

Either the Player or aq999bet may initiate Account closure. The conditions and consequences of closure differ depending on whether closure is player-initiated or operator-initiated.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the aq999bet support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, aq999bet will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding bets. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your primary verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure

aq999bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of match fixing, use of insider information, or technical exploitation.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where aq999bet closes an Account for a reason other than verified fraud or policy breach, any verified real-money Balance held in the Account will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method. Where closure follows confirmed fraud or material policy breach, aq999bet reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and recovery of any losses caused by the breach.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request Account closure or self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will be processed with priority. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires, regardless of any subsequent request by the Player to reactivate. Limitation of Liability

aq999bet's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and these Terms & Conditions, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aq999bet accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Platform Availability

aq999bet makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruption, latency, or technical error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. aq999bet accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during periods of scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a settled bet, a bonus calculation, a withdrawal delay, or any other account matter, you must contact aq999bet support at [email protected] in the first instance. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. aq999bet will acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days. aq999bet's decision on all disputes is final subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the aq999bet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and aq999bet in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, and agreements whether written or oral.
